ALL FORMS and TRAINING MUST be turned in by 9/21!!! You will not be able to attend if they are not.

Health & Safety

There are four (4) things we require for you and your family to camp with us. There are no exceptions:

  1. Register online
  2. BSA Health Forms for each family member attending
  3. BSA Activity Consent form for each youth (Scout or Sibling) attending
  4. BSA Youth Protection

Want to know if your health form is on file already? Contact

BSA Health Forms - Due 9/21

BSA requires parts A & B of the BSA Health Form for each person (Adult and Youth) camping with us. Unfortunately, without the forms you and your Scout will not be able to participate in the camping trip.

Health forms submitted to the pack are good for one (1) year from the date of signing. After that date they are shredded and a new form will be required.

BSA Activity Consent Form - Due 9/21

BSA also requires and activity consent form for each Youth (Scout or Sibling) that will be attending the trip. Similar to the Health Forms, we must have these or you can not attend the trip

Activity consent forms are required for all youth and are only valid for the activity/trip specified on the form.

Youth Protection - Due 9/21

All adults attending camping trips with the pack MUST complete BSA Youth Protection. It takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. This is a mandate from our Chartered Organization Roswell United Methodist Church (RUMC). You will not be able to attend without this training. The training is good for two (2) years!

To take the training log onto the, if you do not have a user id the login page gives you the option to create it. Once logged in look to the right side of the screen and click the link "New to Scouting?" We need a copy of the certificate that is available once you complete the course.
